An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role, in which your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting disclosures of interest to agents
  • Manage the reporting of large shareholding, takeover panel, short selling in accurate and timely manner
  • Advising on transaction and disclosure to various business areas
  • Identifying risks and assisting in the efficiency and effectiveness of existing routines as well as managing the development of new routines
  • Interact with Regulatory Shareholding Reporting management globally

Global Head of Compliance a.i. division in Wroclaw is looking for Compliance Specialist in Regulatory Shareholding Reporting. You will have a chance to work at the front line of regulatory developments in financial markets. Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • University degree in economics, law, business administration or similar qualification with equivalent experience (specialization in finance or banking is an asset)
  • Understanding of Compliance department role, financial products and services in a financial institution
  • Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
  • Sound analytical skills and attention to details
  • Desire to perform in a control and project function
  • Good command of MS Office tools, in particular Excel
  • Proven ability to discuss issues at a senior level
  • Motivation and reliability, proven ability to manage work independently. Be able to work effectively under pressure / tight deadlines
