Page Personnel is working with an exciting global business to recruit a Finance Manager to help with their growth into the UK.

Client Details

This business operates within the retail and leisure sector in Liverpool, has a very well known household brand and is aggressively growing into the UK market. The business will effectively be acting as a start-up so the Finance Manager will be responsible for implementing controls and processes, whilst also supporting the business on their journey.

Description

Other day to day duties will include:

• Full responsibility of the monthly accounting and reporting cycle
• Preparation of full management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting
• Supervising the accounts payable assistant ensuring all invoices are processed timely, accurately and that suppliers are paid
• Development on new financial controls and ongoing improvement of processes
• Group consolidation and reporting into group function
• Analysing performance of stores and identifying opportunities and threats
• Providing operational support through analysis and business partnering

Profile

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience in a full end to end management accounting role
• Supervisory skills would be advantageous
• Excellent communication with strong organisational skills
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Experience of Quickbooks would be desirable
• Ability to demonstrate experience of developing processes and making necessary improvements/adjustments

Job Offer
