We are delighted to be supporting an international banking client of ours in their search for a Regulatory Compliance Manager.
This role will report into the Head of Compliance and MLRO. This is a pivotal role for the compliance team and will provide assurance to senior management and ensure the bank follows the regulatory compliance rules and tolerance levels.

As the Compliance Manager you will;
- Deputise for the Head of Compliance where necessary
- Manage and operate the compliance monitoring plan
- Compliance policies and procedures
- MiFID Support
- Compliance monitoring, controls testing and compliance risk assessments
- Conduct thematic reviews
- Compliance advisory to the wider bank
- Reporting of compliance breaches and logging
- Assist with various governance committees

- Strong knowledge of FCA Handbook
- MiFID
- Worked in a senior compliance role within a bank
- Compliance monitoring, policies and procedure knowledge and proven experience in implementing and embedding these
