Marks Sattin is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to join a growing business based in Wisley, Woking. The role is on a full time, permanent basis with a competitive salary and offers hybrid remote working.
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable position will have between 1-4 years' experience of working within a Finance Department, and managing a team.

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable position will have between 1-4 years' experience of working within a Finance Department, and managing a team.
The Accounts Payables Manager will be:
- Liaise with various internal departments within the business to ensure processes are running smoothly.
- Reject any invoices that do not quote a purchase order number on the day the invoice is sent into the system.
- Be hands on and support AP Clerks with any queries
- To request payment for any debit balances on a monthly basis.
- Managing AP team of 4-5.
The skills required to be considered for the Accounts Payables Manager are:
- Experience in supervising a team.
- Knowledge of using Navision system is beneficial but no essential.
- Good organization skills and ability to work through adversity.
- Good Excel knowledge of Pivot Tables, V Lookups & Spreadsheet Data Entry.
- Confident to liaise with various customers over the phone, as well as liaise with Finance Business Partners.
