An excellent opportunity is available with a leading real estate firm supporting both the Head of Quality and Head of Compliance with developing and implementing a risk and controls audit framework, assisting with compliance incident management and undertaking internal audit reviews as necessary.
Key deliverables include:
The Compliance Analyst will possess compliance experience and internal audit experience with knowledge of building audit frameworks around business processes. You will have extensive experience of communicating at all levels both internally and externally and excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels and across various teams. You will desirably have experience of working in a project environment, and familiarity of scoping and implementing ISAE3402 accreditation and a working knowledge of Data Management Regulations such as GDPR and some accounting experience.

Key deliverables include:
- Undertaking internal audits across the real estate management teams to identify and document risks and gaps
- Ensuring reporting of all internal control matters completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Assisting in maintaining and implement compliance policies and procedures;
- Managing the compliance Mailbox
- Assisting in the delivery of training to the business as required
- On boarding and Mentoring new hires into the team as required
