We are looking for a qualified Level 4 AAT student to join our busy Business Services Team.

The role

Working in the Business Services team you will be responsible for the preparation and completion of accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. The role looks to build strong working relationships internally with our other teams and externally with our clients. As well as being a role model to junior staff you will provide support to the Client Relationship Managers.

In this role we intend for you to undertake your level 7 ACCA accountancy professional qualification via an apprenticeship.

The person

You will ideally be Level 4 AAT qualified.

You will be:

  • Experienced in using an accounts production package and Excel
  • Confident on cloud-based software’s
  • Able to build close working relationships with clients and proactively manage their expectations
  • A confident communicator who works well autonomously
  • Reliable, trustworthy and approachable
  • Able to travel to client sites.

You will be a team player with good time management skills. You will be committed to developing personally, both in terms of your accounting knowledge and in acquiring a professional chartered or certified qualification.
