Financial Analyst

International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals is hiring for a position of Financial Analyst to join our Financial Team for taking over analytical and operational tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Monitor business performance, conduct plan vs actual variance analysis
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports to management, propose improvements and coordinate automation of the existing process for selected sections
• Review selected sections of the annual statutory financial statements of the Group’s companies in different locations: UK, USA, Brazil, China etc.
• Analyze expenses and control procurement process
• Analyze expense reimbursement requests
• Prepare financial data for financial models, decision support and on demand; collect data for benchmarking
• Provide financial information for tenders, questionnaires and other request from internal users
• Prepare financial data for financial models, decision support and on demand; collect data for benchmarking
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting; support passing external audit.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• You have 1-3 year of experience in analyst functional areas (such as audit, consulting, financial controlling etc.)
• You have a working knowledge Excel. Oracle NetSuite and SQL would be a plus
• You have experience in collecting and analyzing data
• You have good understanding of IFRS (ACCA certification in progress would be a plus)
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are a highly organized and detail-oriented proactive and goal-oriented person
• Upper-intermediate level of English (business communication), fluency in Ukrainian and\or Russian.
