Join us in the Inter company Ledger Control (‘ICLC’) team in Group Finance. ICLC is a globally distributed team managing multiple global processes which include - Inter company reconciliation, Balance Sheet Management and Ledger suspense and control (including account ownership), Accounting for Alternate investment, Inter company allocations / recharges and settlements, Portfolio management / reporting, Lease accounting, Fixed Asset and Software accounting and Data management & control etc.

Manage different sub processes and collaborate with people across different geographical locations. Ensure appropriate and timely accounting of investments in Private equity funds, Hedge Funds, Mutual funds etc. Monitor the inter company breaks and ensure they are resolved on a timely basis. Liaise across Treasury, Tax, Product Control and Operations teams to resolve breaks. Work on accounting, strategic and innovation projects. Represent the team on various governances and steering committees. Deep dive processes, ensure appropriate accounting and fill in control gaps. Support internal/external auditors in their audit/ad-hoc queries.

We are looking for:

  • You hold a CA/ MBA Finance degree and have 12+ years of experience in financial accounting in a banking environment, preferably within Investment banking background or experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
  • Control focussed, outstanding analytical skills and a focus on delivery
  • Should come with change approach and keen to understand end to end processes to drive process automation
  • Should have team management experience
  • Outstanding client focus attitude and collaborate well with others
  • Proven ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
