We are looking for a position T&E Intern reporting directly to the AP Team Leader. This is a local role, based in Poznań.
You will be responsible for the accurate, efficient and timely processing of expense reports, related e-mails and other tasks assigned by the AP /T&E Team Leader in accordance with the employee’s skills and experience.
- Cash advances processing
- Expense claim processing (including VAT coding)
- Complying with internal controls and J-SOX rules
- Managing routine tasks typical for daily processing activities
- Identifying and helping address employee’s needs and issues by answering questions, etc.
- Student of Economic studies or related
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Ability to work in a team
- Customer focus
- Availability - at least 35 hours per week
