Job Description:

What you will be accountable for

Overseeing the commercial and profitability aspects of key strategic accounts

  • Support HoD on commercial planning and business modelling and forecasting, to provide recommendation on commission charge/ trade terms to management for approval
  • Assist HoD in monitoring the profitability of major accounts. If needed will conduct drilldown investigation into operation such as productivity analysis, cost spending, budget gap analysis, etc.
  • Manage the financial performance, profitability of strategic accounts under responsibility
  • Assist in decision making by providing financial simulation, analysis, compliance and controlling advises


  • Working closely with relevant Departments to set up and monitor budget
  • Building a close stakeholder’s relationship
  • Conducts feasibility studies and financial evaluation of the projects and investments
  • Supports decision-making processes of all the relevant line functions with financial advice and expertise

Financial Controlling / Reporting:

  • Prepares accurate, transparent, relevant, and timely management reports to country as well as operational information. Ensure the management reports are in-line with applicable Group corporate’s guidelines & reflect the accurate position of the account’s financial performance.
  • Prepares variance analysis and narratives to alert management on financial issues, trends, and opportunities
  • To perform any assignments as required by the Direct Manager


  • Education: BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting required, MBA Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis/planning with heavy experience in brand planning /profitability within a consumer products organization with a slant on commercial finance
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Ability to use influence to build consensus
  • Must be adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Must be a self-motivated individual who can identify issues/opportunities for improvement and be proactive in addressing them
  • Excellent management and employee training skills. Writing and verbal communication skills are critical
  • Requires innovation to provide management with alternative solutions and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface with senior managers and discuss issues and plans
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
