Accountant (Regional)

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for general accounting, project administration and local compliance functions.

Description

• Responsible for month-end closing in accordance to local accounting standards
• Upload data onto reporting system according to timeline
• Prepare monthly cash forecast, P&L forecast and supplementary reports
• Work closely with Project Managers to set up project budget, members, schedule, monitor PoC and track profitability
• Perform client billing and follow up on escalations of outstanding receivables
• Manage revenue calculation and recognition processes
• Review payment vouchers and process payments
• Prepare intercompany agreements, manage invoicing and payments
• Handle external relationships with local banks, accounting firms, auditors, tax and legal advisors
• Assist with tax returns and statutory audits

Profile

• Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Able to work in a fast moving environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially with Excel
