Manager, Internal Audit (Compliance and Internal Audit Office)

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments including performing audit tests on schedule as per approved audit jobs plan
• Identify audit findings / control deficiencies and propose practical recommendations for addressing root cause of audit findings
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to auditees / management
• Follow up timely implementation of recommendations
• Perform risk assessment of operations and evaluate adequacy of internal controls addressing identified risks
• Conduct special reviews / investigations as required
• Deliver compliance trainings on integrity / compliance topics and sharing of audit issues to staff members
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Qualified member of relevant professional bodies e.g. HKICPA, IIA, CISA, CRISC etc.
• Minimum 6 years’ audit experience, preferably gained from sizeable accounting firms and/or organisations in the public or commercial sector
• Experience in IT auditing and with knowledge of data analytics an advantage
• Sound knowledge of governance and system control framework preferred (such as COSO)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and preferably SAP system
• Good analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• Mature, independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
