A top investment bank is looking to hire a compliance advisory associate on an initial six month contract. They are looking for someone with solid investment banking advisory experience, although capital markets knowledge will also be considered.

- Providing advice and compliance oversight to the investment banking department on transactions, new business initiatives, and significant business changes
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practice standards
- Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory and/or rule changes
Key Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the investment banking business, ideal capital markets (ECM and/or DCM)
- At least 2 years of compliance advisory or legal experience involving securities or financial businesses
- A proactive team player with strong analytical and organizational skills
