Marella Cruises operates a fleet of 4 ships for a UK customer base and sails out of homeports across Europe and the Caribbean. In 2019 the fleet carried 340,000 customers and contributed over £100m of profit 

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of all output around Cruise financial performance. You will hold relationships with the UK&I FP&A, Group Reporting and Investor Relations teams to help with consistent messaging around the Cruise business. You will produce reports and analyse performance of cruise trading and assist with seasonal forecast cycles

ABOUT THE JOB

  • In charge of coordinating a number of key deliverables across the Cruise Finance Team. This includes bringing together the month end process, ensuring the integrity of the reported figures  and summarising the month end result inclusive of informed commentary around key variances. 
  • Coordinate the Cruise Finance Team to ensure changes to forecast and R&O schedules are agreed and embedded into revised submissions in a timely fashion, using HFM where appropriate
  • On a quarterly basis you will prepare the cruise inputs required for group segmental performance, liaising with the Investor relations team on any follow up queries whilst ensuring the accuracy of the reported figures
  • Pull together key monthly summary output for senior stakeholder meetings and also support with 3YP and Budget reporting requirements through coordination of inputs and final presentation pack 
  • Manage the weekly delivery of Ocean Cruise trading MI reporting, ensuring the timely distribution of reports in an accurate manner. Continually look for ways to improve the quality of MI data, both through ensuring the accuracy of the information in the data universe and the relevance of reports for the end-user, will also be key.
