Description

1、Liaising with senior management to prepare the business's financial and strategic plans
2、Working with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts, transform the overarching company strategy, into a long-range plan with annual operating and capital budgets.
3、Coupling the use of scenario and sensitivity analysis to forecast possible outcomes and using this theoretical information to create key metrics for monitoring.
4、Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
5、Preparing competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to senior management
6、Provide detailed analysis and commentary on business results
7、Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to identify the cause of any unexpected variances and make improvements going forward
8、Evaluating whether the current assets and investments are suitable of the company's excess working capital
9、Present the monthly and quarterly financial reporting decks
10、Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
11、Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
12、Support FD with ad-hoc project and data-driven analysis

Profile

1、Ideally big 4 and/or relevant industry background (6 yrs+); CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
2、Rich experience in accounting, planning, reporting, financial analysis, internal control
3、Highly analytical, with an ability to solve complex problems and a high level of commercial acumen
3、Proactive and sense of ownership, high standard for data accuracy, able to get hands-dirty to build reports/processes from 0-1
4、Excellent communication, fluent in English
5、Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are also highly advantageous
6、Experience with ERP, advanced excel, sql is definitely a plus
