We are looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Finance Executive to join our established and growing Bristol based Corporate Finance team.

This role will suit a newly qualified accountant who is looking to develop a career within Corporate Finance.

Working on various deals and projects for a broad range of clients, you will work closely with senior members of the Corporate Finance Team and take advantage of our training and development programmes to help you take your first steps into Corporate Finance within a growing professional advisory firm.

This role will also give you the opportunity to be part of our mentoring networks as well as our CSR and Business Development activities, all of which will combine to aid your overall career development.

The Role

Working as part of a team who provide corporate finance advisory services to businesses ranging from SME’s to Large Corporates, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team with Lead Advisory M&A Work
  • Strategic Advisory Projects
  • Acquisition advisory, including Financial Due Diligence
  • Financial Modelling to support fundraising and strategic planning
  • Equity and Debt Fundraising
  • Business development

What we are looking for

To be considered for the role, you will need to be:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and prospects
  • Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities that may benefit our clients
  • Keen to contribute to the firm’s business development activities
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail levels
  • A real team player who can work well under pressure
