Graduate Accountant

The Company

Our client is one of Australia's largest and industry leading Manufacturing organisations who have been operating in Australia for over 50 years! As a Graduate Accountant, you will bring enthusiasm, hunger and drive to kick-start your Accounting career and in work alongside industry experienced Accountants who will provide training, support, coaching and mentoring!

The Role

As the Graduate Accountant, you will be immersed to the hands-on technical accounting fundamentals ranging from Financial & Management Accounting whilst also learning the ropes to reporting, reconciliations and month end tasks.

• Assisting with Balance Sheet & PnL Reconciliations
• Assisting with Month End Close, Reconciliations & Reporting
• Posting on monthly journal entries
• Maintaining Fixed Assets Register
• Maintenance of General Ledger
• Assisting with Cashflow forecasting
• Assisting with project work
• Assisting with adhoc tasks as required

Your Profile

• Degree qualified or near completion within Accounting / Finance or similar
• View of commencing CPA / CA
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic - Intermediate excel experience
• Driven, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
