A fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to really gain exposure and expand on their knowledge of finance. This role is for 6 months, based in Bolton and is offering between £20,000 to £21,700.

Description
Duties include:
- Monthly reconciliation
- Daily Cashbook reconciliation
- Assisting with monthly statements and reporting
- Assisting with monthly financial accounts reports
- Setting up new suppliers
- Assisting with the maintenance of Losses and Payments register and reports
- Assisting with annual reports
- Calculating stock values, reporting findings and reconciling to the ledger
- Purchase ledger duties
- Sales ledger duties
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant role - essential
- Have experience of financial and computing systems - essential
- Have excellent numerical, verbal and analytical skills - desirable
- Will have the ability to manage their own workload - desirable
