Primary Responsibilities:

The Financial Analyst Advisor is responsible for HC & OPEX Management, to ensure data integrity in the reports being published and meets all Dell Forecast, Outlook and Close reporting guidelines. Work closely with Business Partners and Controllers and to act as one stop solution in all finance/accounting related matter. Support core FPnA activities during forecast planning cycle, close, outlook process and provide comprehensive financial analysis.

Main duties and scope of role:

• Run and involve in FPnA core activities such as Forecast Planning, quarterly Outlook and perform monthly Close Variance Analysis
• Effective close management process, with good drilldown and analysis to support bridge to forecast and outlook. Close interlock and coordinate with Accounting, Tax and Treasury where appropriate.
• Provide weekly HC tracking and management, ensure HC assign under correct cost center & etc.
• Support business partner and Controller on PR/PO approval, Concur Management, Headcount approval and manual accruals/reclass entry if applicable
• Perform ad-hoc analysis or support on spend optimization activities where appropriate. To drive good Opex efficiency scaling
• Good partnership with Business Partner or Controllers to support new GTM structures setups, Fusion project and etc. and proactively to improve predictability of Opex spending and heads-up to business partner for any anomaly found. Understand expense drivers to better outlooking HC & Opex

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration / Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong financial knowledge and international business exposure.

Desirable Requirements:

• Good Excel, Power BI, Database knowledge and project management skills.
• At least 4-6 years business experience.
• Able to quickly grasp complex business topics.
• Independent worker with strong communication skills in English.
• Strong Business Acumen and good command skills with Business partners
