Description

• Key person to all business units for finance related matter
• Present management report and financial results to stakeholders
• Joint customer value creation for customer to enable portfolio and promotion discussion with customer.
• Financial analysis for pricing & promotion to improve revenue and profit.
• Drive effective business planning with customer teams and utilise cost efficiency. Leads strategy development with business partners across functions to do long range planning.
• Budget management and internal control
• Business risks and opportunities identification
• Key person to drive finance acumen to commercial teams

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Finance equivalent or higher
• Specialities in financial analysis/modelling. Very familiar with fundamental financial analysis methodology
• Strong knowledge in accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Result oriented and problem solver
• Business partnering experience is a must as the role requires you to handle multiple stakeholders for all level
• At least 5 years finance working experience in FMCG
