Commercial Control Manager (Global FMCG)

Our client is looking for experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. You will be the key person liaising with Sales Team to grow their portfolio and market share.

Description

* Budget and forecast for commercial & trade related expenses.
* Approval of commercials related claims and settlement.
* Manage ROI by customers and sales channels
* Support business planning, volume planning, evaluate promotional pricing effectiveness and competitor bench marking analysis.
* Prepare annual commercial volume and value budget, rolling forecast and provide variance analysis to assist decision making.
* Prepare and review customer's contribution statement for profitability management
* Oversee overall activities controlling aspects including team compliance to internal financial control procedures.
* Assist on team on customers collection and ensuring account receivables
* Tool of trade control and asset yield improvement.
* Monitor daily sales reports and highlight risk and opportunity

Profile

* 5 years working experience in FMCG
* Good communication skills to deal with different level of people internally or externally
* Good excel skills
* Number sensitive and good analytical mindset. Able to provide insights from analysis
* Flexible, proactive and positive attitude to drive profit improvement
* Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or higher academic qualification (ACCA/CPA/CFA/MIA)
