- Preparing quarterly forecasts, annual budget and five-year plan for submission to Hong Kong Head Office after coordination with major departments and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Subsequent discussion of above-mentioned submissions at MEA Division and Group Level. Active coordination with Hong Kong Head Office for matters related to budgeting and forecasts.
- Timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly cashflow forecast to Hong Kong Head Office.
- Monthly analysis of major underlying factors of revenue and cost affecting financials presented to management for decision making with respect to profitability and operations.
- Monitoring departmental performance against budget set;
- Analysing the Company needs for CAPEX and OPEX and preparing documents for approval from Senior Management – PIPSA and Executive Summary
- Preparing various reports and analysis as and when requested by the management.
ACCA Qualified with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
