Main responsibilities: 


Handle full cycle of AP processes such as booking, AP aging, SOA reconciliation. 


Maintain assigned balance sheet schedules, especially bank reconciliation.


Fundamental GST knowledge i.e., Input and Output tax.


Process staff claims, purchase and corporate cards.


Issue Letter of Credit (LC), booking and maintain its schedule.


Strong in double entry.


Admin duties.


Other duties as and when required.





1 or 2 years of audit firm experiences and 3 or more years of full AP experiences 


LCCI, CAT, ACCA level 2 completed or any Diploma in accounting


Proactive, hands on, resourceful, confident, independent yet a team player


Technically savvy


1 or 2 years of retail experiences (will be an added advantage)


1 or 2 years of Oracle experiences (will be an added advantage)
