My client is looking for a passionate and talented individual to join as an Order To Cash Manager where you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Order to Cash (O2C) strategy and process performance outcomes for Business Services. On top of that, ensuring the processes are in compliance to Group policies and procedures, and local statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement/ automation within the center.

They are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join as an Order To Cash Manager where you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Order to Cash (O2C) strategy and process performance outcomes for Business Services. On top of that, ensuring the processes are in compliance to Group policies and procedures, and local statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement/ automation within the center.

Description

  • Responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of Order to Cash scopes in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs.
  • Full accountability for the O2C closing process
  • Ensuring team engagement and employees development
  • Optimizing and enhancing O2C processes while driving processes standardization in collaboration with other teams
  • Sharing best practices and provide support and guidance on major business changes and process transformation
  • Ensure O2C processes are in compliance with company policy, the accounting standard,s and local statutory requirements through
  • Adhered to the Corporate financial policies
  • Provide meaningful financial planning and analysis support to business units on management reporting requirements including budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc activities.
  • Provide guidance and support for customer and material master data maintenance to outsource vendors and identify opportunities to align and standardize the process
  • Lead the designed, executed, documented, and reviewed of current processes as per the Global SSC model. Owner of service performance scorecard according to SLAs and KPIs established.
  • Ensure strong internal controls framework (COSO) policies and processes
  • Identify and implement process improvement/automation to improve process efficiencies

Profile

  • University graduate with 6-8 years related experience, preferably with professional accounting qualifications
  • Technically strong in Order to Cash (O2C) and capable to manage the end-to-end process independently.
  • Experience in system migration/transformation projects
  • 2 to 3 years of managerial experience on leading a large team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in SAP, case management tool, blackline and Microsoft office knowledge will be a strong advantage
  • Prior retail / e-commerce / FMCG background would be valuable
  • Prior experience in working in a captive shared service center will be an added value
  • APAC Market exposure is highly preferred
  • Self-driven mindset and results-oriented
  • Agile, inquisitive, and a problem solver
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
