Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance, Tanveer Group Of Companies

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance

• Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements.
• Preparation of daily Bank Position to maintain updated trial balance.
• Checking of: Store Payment, Utilities Bills Payments, Sales Tax payments, Withholding income tax payments, Salary & Wages H.O. & Mills, Leave encashment & Final settlements, EOBI & PESSI payments, Import duties payments and Other Creditors and Payables.
• Preparation of receipts vouchers.
• Drafting of official and Bank Letters. (i.e. Stop payment letters, bank statements request letters and any other letter depending upon the circumstances)
• Co-ordination with banks for bank related issues. (i.e. mark up working, Confirmation of profit rates, information about LC’s, dollar rates on LC’s etc.)
• Reconciliation of Bank balances with balances as per books of accounts Preparation & Checking of Income Tax Challan & weekly Submission of withholding income tax deducted of store parties and other suppliers/service providers.
• Calculation of Mark-up and Profit on saving accounts.
• Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors.
• Verification of petty cash reimbursement vouchers of Mill & HO.
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts record with sales tax record.
• To prepare quarterly and annually withholding tax statements.
• Supervise accounts department staff for timely completion of tasks.
• Any other task assigned by Manager / Management from time to time.

Job Requirements;

• ACCA/ CA Finalist or Masters in Accounting & Finance from a reputed institution.
• Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
