Responsibilities:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in the accounting team of a fast-growing company, responsible for accounts receivable, customer management, sales team coordination, cash receipts and management, and monthly reconciliations monthly reconciliations.
Generate all customer invoices in a timely manner
Generate accounts receivable reporting and assist with customer collections
Apply cash receipts to invoices and matching to bank transactions
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for relevant cash accounts
Prepare ACH bank payment collections for community solar garden
