About the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance Role:
In this position, you will be focusing on cross-border M&A transactions involving international, regional and national blue-chip clients, emerging companies, financial investors as well as highly accomplished local companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A advisory for buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as capital raising
- Day-to-day focus on executing deals and developing/delivering pitch, responsibilities include:
- Manage transaction work streams including direct liaison with client stakeholders and external vendors/bidders
- Prepare marketing materials and other key deal documents
- Prepare financial models and conduct valuation, financial and strategic analyses
- Manage due diligence processes
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of working experience
- Relevant working experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets (covering IPOs, M&As and restructurings), Investment Banking, Private Equity or Project Finance
- An understanding of business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions, macroeconomics
- Knowledge of appropriate tools, techniques and intellectual capital to address transaction issues
- Ability to eloquently storyboard and develop presentations and marketing documents for communications with clients, prospects, investors and deal stakeholders
- Strong presence, poise and appropriate level of confidence
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Strong project management, coaching and communications skills
