Your field of responsibility

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you would be primarily responsible for performing audit and control of the US payroll vendor, ADP. Additionally you will conduct control processes for all payrolls in the Americas region. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for all Americas payrolls. Knowledge of HR, Benefits and Payroll processes, procedures, controls and data flows preferred. You will be involved with all payroll projects/initiatives. This position also allows for opportunity to identify areas of improvement and will allow for engagement in global payroll projects as well, such as global vendor consolidation. Developing documentation around a solid control process while at the same time ensuring the vendor is performing within the control guidelines when processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner will be key to mastering this role

Your skills and experience

We are looking for an applicant who possess a proven experience of at least 2-5 years payroll processing (ADP experience a plus) preferred. Excellent understanding of Payroll , Benefits and HR business processes and flows

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • HR/Payroll application knowledge preferably ADP Enterprise or Peoplesoft
  • Minimum Skills:
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong customer oriented approach
  • Good follow up and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of payroll process and payroll accounting
  • Solid understanding of financial impact of payroll and benefit transactions
  • Knowledge of payroll controls and audit techniques
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail; Phenomenal Teammate
