Your journey with us

As Junior End-to-End Process Analyst, you will provide overall support for the management of opportunities up until engagement. Working with different collaborators, you will provide support in general areas of Finance, Controlling and Quality & Risk Management. 

This includes the following responsibilities:

• Together with the Risk and Finance teams, you will provide support and expertise on the end-to-end “Opportunity to Engagement” (O2E) process, ensuring our Client projects are created in a compliant and controlled manner;
• You will advise Project Managers and Project Partners with respect to best practice on identifying and engaging future projects and clients;
• You will continuous strive for end-to-end process optimization and automation in order for all stakeholders to become more efficient and effective;
• You will support new tool and process implementations in the end-to-end O2E process; 
• You will implement and check compliance with the policies & procedures;
• You will prepare and facilitate firm training sessions on internal processes and tools.

Let’s talk about you

• 1 to 3 years of experience with a good knowledge of financial processes, compliance and controlling;
• Preferably a master degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent by experience; 
• You are accurate, dynamic, and have excellent organizational skills; 
• You are analytical and data-driven;
• You have fluent communication skills in English and Dutch or French; 
• You have a good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel); 
• You are a team player, assertive, strong in communication, proactive and stress-resistant; 
• Being interested in and motivated to improve our business processes;
• Experience in SAP is an asset but not a must.
