Your field of responsibility: 

• Senior individual accountable on the incorporated banking unit in Beijing as the need arises by CBIRC, responsible for on the set up and day to day finance operation of the Finance function of the banking unit. Finance function include budget and cost control, financial performance analysis, product valuation accounting, accounting policy compliance, regulatory reporting, tax and transfer pricing.
• Accountable for accounting policy compliance for the banking unit cover China GAAP and CS Group GAAP compliance.
• Accountable for regulatory reporting and ratio compliance of the banking entity, key partner including PBOC and CBIRC.
• Accountable for the implementation and maintaining finance and related control and governance, ensuring standard operating procedures are operate efficiently.

Your skills and experience: 

• China Accounting degree qualification or above.
• Proficient English and Mandarin communication with good presentation skill.
• Validated experience in similar role in China with demonstrated ability in the finance field.
• Experience in regulatory compliance for finance matter with CBIRC.
• Experience in matrix reporting to key partners both onshore and offshore.
• Excel in corporate governance compliance and the design and day to day operation of effective internal controls.
