Client Details

Our client is a data, new-developing organisation that is recognized as a leading company in their unique field. They have a net of business operations spread across Asia Pacific with Shanghai being its central hub. Following a recent promotion, they are looking for a new Supervisor to lead their well-run team.

Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager (also based in Shanghai), and working closely with the overseas AP team, you will be responsible for supporting their Accounts Payable function:

• Business as usual AP workflow;
• Manage all China market invoices;
• Introduce process improvements and standards improvement initiatives;
• Coordinate with external vendors

Profile

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting or related, certificates are preferred

• Experienced AP accountant (1 years minimum working experience)
• Strong service mindset with vendors
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good command of Excel
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
