Responsibilities:

• Serve as a business partner in with respective department heads and business owners to understand their needs and provide financial insights for APAC region
• Develop various financial models to conduct scenario analysis as well as formulating business strategies to drive sustainable financial performance
• Streamline the workflow and re-engineer the processes for higher efficiency
• Conduct KPI analysis, costing analysis to measure operation performance and identify the areas of improvement
• Provide value-added analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Perform ad-hoc task as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Certified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 8 years FP&A experience gained from manufacturing businesses
• Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skill
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
