Your journey with us

As a HR Business Partner within Deloitte Accountancy, you are part of an enthusiastic HR team. You will work in close cooperation with the HR specialist teams (recruitment, payroll & personnel administration, talent development, knowledge team,…). 

You contribute to the definition and the management of the existing HR processes (onboarding, performance & talent management, mobility, engagement & retention, talent reporting…) and take responsibility for the future of your internal client groups with about 235 employees.

As a trusted advisor you build solid relationships to get a good understanding of what lives within the organization. Because of your service-mined attitude and proactive way of thinking, you show the ability to look at the bigger picture, identifying broader talent challenges, and come with ideas on how to address them. 

Besides your role as a HR Business Partner, you will be involved in different national HR projects depending on your interests, with improved project management skills as the cherry on the cake.

Thanks to your interest in Human Resources, everyone will notice the drive & positivism that you bring to the workplace. A first relevant professional experience in a similar position are bonus points. 

Most important is that you are eager to learn. A changing and dynamic context energizes you. 
You have always been a team player and you are able to express yourself fluently in French, Dutch and English. Next to that, you have a flexible & proactive personality with a good sense of humor.
