  • 2+ years of experience in F&A processes (PTP/OTC/RTR)
  • Accuracy and eye for detail
  • Problem identification and structural problem-solving skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills


Key responsibilities:


  • Performing quality checks on transactions based on predefined sample
  • Monitoring correctness and accuracy of quality checks performed by respective teams
  • Audits on adherence to standards and work instructions
  • Root cause analysis, identifying corrective and preventive actions, proposing structural improvements
  • Identifying improvements to the quality framework to increase quality across the processes
  • Support in reporting quality-related SLAs
  • Support in collection of quality-related artefacts - regular review and update
  • Maintaining cooperation with Team Leads, Ops Managers and Quality Lead/Manager with regards to quality related aspects
