Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
OtC Specialist with Italian
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Receivable processes
- Customer’s accounts maintenance and reconciliation
- Preparing standard reports
- Making collection calls/negotiating with customers on overdue invoices
- Cash allocation and credit risk management
Requirements:
- Do you speak Italian and English on at least B2 level?
- Do you have min. 2 years of experience in Accountancy or Customer Service?
- Do you have higher education (at least Bachelor degree)?
- Do you have excellent communication skills?
- Do you have customer orientation?
