The Company

Our client is a fund admin, urgently looking for someone to join their accounting team. This is a 6-month contract with a view to extend.

The Role:

  • Responsible for full sets of accounts
  • Record transactions of both purchase and sales invoices
  • Responsible for bank reconciliations
  • Analyze fund transactions
  • Prepare fund correspondence and notices
  • Maintain permanent files for new and existing clients
  • Assist in year-end audit of the clients, prepare audit schedules
  • Prepare financial statements and related accounting reports for clients
  • Respond to clients' request on accounting information and other accounting issues

Your Profile

  • Degree Holder of Accountancy
  • With at least 5 years relevant experiences in full set cooperate accounting
  • Open to pro film candidates
  • Qualified accountants are preferred
  • Self-disciplined and positive attitude
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
  • Immediately Available
