Quality Systems and Audit Specialist

As the Quality Systems and Audit Specialist you will maintain and iimprove activities to enhance the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) on manufacturing site. You will support the business requirements and implement the organization of quality management programs in line with corporate, customers and quality systems requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve activities to enhance the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949),
• Implement, update procedures to assure compliance with quality standards, corporate standards and regulatory requirements,
• Cooperate with certification bodies,
• Organize and represent of the company during external bodies certification and customer audits,
• Prepare an annual internal audit plan and internal auditors' team supervision,
• Solve of non-conformities defined during external, customer and internal audits, coordinate and cooperate with set up of corrective and preventive actions,
• Supervise of customer specific requirements, responsible for performing periodical self-assessment/questionaries request by customers linked to quality systems,
• Participate in the FMEA preparation/revision, PPAP process and product transfers,
• Responsible for employee traning in are of quality sytems requirements, quality policy, customer specific requirements. Care about employee quality awareness.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in technical science,
• Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) experience in automotive manufacturing plant,
• Required knowledge of VDA 6.3. Certified auditor competences will be an advantage,
• Experienced in performing system, production process and product's audit according to 9001, 16949 satandards and VDA 6.3 rules,
• Knowledge of problem solving methodologies, experienced in FMEA, PPAP, PSW, SPC, MSA,
• Very good English language skills enabling development and translation of quality documentation and free communication.
