Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the accuracy of the key inputs such as sales price, BOM cost, manufacturing solution, engineering estimate, etc.
• Providing timely feedback to the Product Line Portfolio/Sales team.
• Reviewing key metrics versus the Operating/Strategic Plan.
• Running multiple what-if scenarios with Portfolio/Sales.
• Understanding the technical aspects of the product and how it compares to previous quotes with other customers.
• Update financial metrics during the GDPEP process or Capital Spending preparation.
• Prepare make versus buy analyses.
• Assist with budget preparation for future launches.
• Performing regular ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of business English.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-Starter with attention to detail, able to organize activities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills, problem solving, and proven interpersonal and communication skills are key.
• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• Manufacturing environment experience, as well as knowledge of costing for different manufacturing processes a plus.
• Must be detail oriented with an attitude for continuous improvement and task ownership.
