Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide desk-side and global support to internal Operations financial reporting teams to support application changes in the QA or Production environments
• Perform regression testing on resolved production tickets to ensure there were no unintended impacts and coordinate status reportingyogi
• Able to resolve queries and create/build maps and templates
• Able to understand the system architecture and implement business rule based on user/regulatory requirements
• Review existing Unity reports and document business logic
• Review existing Unity data inbound logic and document business logic, data destination and report destination
• Responsible for analyzing, trouble-shooting and resolving production tickets based on agreed upon SLAs with business partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform business analysis relating to custom logic and report development
• Implement new mutual funds and share classes onto applications and ensure readiness for production release
• Implement new reports onto applications and ensure readiness for production release
• Evening and weekend application support required periodically
• Assist with disaster recovery testing on an as needed basis
• Liaison between Operations and Technology
• Mitigate risks through proactive issue identification and communicate with business partners on status of critical issues
• Work with Technology, Operations and other Stakeholders to determine process improvements
• Experience multi-tasking and working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
Qualifications & Technology Experience:
• Post graduate with 2 years of experience or Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Financial Reporting
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Tech Support, UAT or Business Support group
• Unity FundStation experience preferred
• Knowledge of Confluence Unity, Financial reporting system or similar automated fund reporting solution a plus
• Knowledge of securities services industry and products is preferred
• Knowledge of Fund Services (Accounting, Financial Reporting & Fund Administration) a plus
• Working knowledge of one or more JPMorgan securities product, service or operations areas preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
