The Role Responsibilities
- Support for conducting fitment workshops, making product presentations to countries and to work with country businesses/interface technology teams in identifying capability requirements
- Preparation of user stories/specifications for capabilities identified based on business analysis and user requirements.
- Managing the codes and parameter setup for all country implementations in line with the business requirements/SOM.
- Maintenance and management of product capability and functional documents.
- Supporting the release management and product management process to ensure that it is in line with the overall core banking plans.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Essential: Graduate qualifications
- Desired: Professional qualification, - BE/MBA/CA
Years of Experience:
- At least 8 - 12 years, of which at least 6 years must be in the Banking Industry or in a technology organization managing banking software.
Nature of Experience: (Area/Function/Environment/Domain/Product)
- Functional & Domain expertise in Wholesale / Consumer Banking. Experience in banking operations / processes would be required. Exposure to data migration and databases would be preferred.
- Certifications related to Agile methodologies are preferred.
