Junior assistant, Advisory department

Main responsibilities:

You will be a part of the Advisory department team and will mainly provide secretarial support to professional staff. Experienced assistants will be there to guide you. Nevertheless, this is a pro-active position where you will need to demonstrate both resilience and flexibility in a complex and changing environment.

• Arranging internal and external meetings
• Maintaining document flow
• Printing and binding reports
• Drafting presentation materials
• Arranging courier deliveries
• Supporting travel
• Processing other internal requests

Candidates for this position meet the following requirements:

• University degree or last years student able to work full-time
• Similar experience would be a plus
• Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian both written and verbal
• PC proficient with good word processing and database skills
• Team-player, able to work overtime and under pressure
• Able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
• Flexible, able to deal with more than one task simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Punctual, attentive to details
