A role for an experienced Director exists to support the growth of our business, development of our people and provide a clear route to partnership for the right candidate.

The role represents a great opportunity for you to join a growing and experienced team with continued aspirations to increase deal size along sector lines. RSM has a firm commitment to ‘grow our own’ and annually recruits 20-30 graduates across CF. This provides a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a committed and motivated team and in turn support their progression.

As part of this you would work with both experienced qualified staff and graduates, working closely within deal teams (of three to four people) to ensure high standards of service and that individuals’ training needs are met.

The role also involves you supporting the two London based Partners in continuing to nurture and build the direct team. This ranges from leading weekly team meetings and social events to recruitment and training.

A strong origination focus is also essential. Specific responsibilities are likely to include, amongst others:

  • Leading engagements reporting directly to the partner

  • Coaching and mentoring of others in the team
