Management Accountant

This role offers unbridled responsibility and insight into management reporting, business planning, forecasting and management accounting. Sitting within FP&A you will be able to provide support and analysis of core aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis for key business areas.

Description

• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to management and group.
• Work as a part of a team to produce regular forecasts and plans for the group and its subsidiary companies.
• Support the development of business planning scenarios and forecasts.
• Support the completion of Solvency II annual QRTs.
• Non-financial metric measurement and reporting.
• Data flow development and control from source systems through finance processing.
• Controls operation.

Profile

Skills/capabilities

• Relevant experience in a Finance environment, preferably in a regulated or Financial Services company.
• Experience of using BI tools to develop reporting would be preferable.
• The ability to be flexible and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good Excel skills, (Lookup formulae, sumifs, pivots etc.)
• Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with staff and management at all levels.
