You will work directly with the CFO in managing the treasury function for the organisation.

Our client is a public listed company in the property and construction division and is looking for talented individual to join their team.
Description
Manage the treasury function of the company and implement a system of policies and procedures for adequate controls over the Treasury function. Continually streamline treasury operations policies and procedure, and drive for improvement current processes and systems.Manage daily cash balances and to ensure cash flow adequacy in meeting ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Responsible to prepare and update cash flow forecast on a regular basis to the management.Prepare and present budgeted cash flows for new or ongoing work. Present revised financial forecasts based on the actual expenditure.To monitor overall company budgeting and cash flow. To manage and control company's expenditure according to budget and to implement necessary cost control measures.Work closely with contracts/ operation/ sale on projections of project cash flow, budget, collection updates and payment obligation in order to maintain a healthy financial situation.Ensure all corporate banking matters handled accurately and promptly in compliance to all related regulations, policies and guidelines. Ensure up to date authorised bank signatories in line with approved delegated authoritiesMaintain good working relationships with bankers. To liaise with financial institution, procurement and monitoring of banking facilities.Provide support during internal and external audit and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address audit findings and recommendations and ensure the audited account received on the agreed deadline.To liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Lawyer and government bodies for banking, finance, admin and legal related matters.To undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Profile
Degree in accounting / professional qualification in CIMA, CCA, MIA or MACP or related fields.Minimum 5 years in financial accounting with at least 2 years in managerial position.Mature, analytical, creative, solution oriented and able to work under pressure.Well organised, detailed, systematic and time, cost, quality and safety conscious.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Possess business and social acumen to interact well with staff, bankers and clients.Ability to provide sound financial advice to the Management / Director.Working knowledge about standards in construction industry will be an added advantage.Job Offer
