Credit Control Manager

Group Credit Control Manager - Glasgow - Salary £38-42K DOE

You are keen to take up a pivotal role within one of Scotland's leading employers, working across multiple sites, with both colleagues based internationally and across the UK.

You are dedicated and driven to maintaining company cash flow and reducing the risk of bad debt through robust processes and controls.

What does the day to day look like?

• Managing daily cash collection and ensuring reporting deadlines and KPIs are being met
• Managing the EDI process for customers and ensuring queries are resolved with efficiency
• Ensuring credit limits and terms are agreed with customers in line with company policy and performing credit risk assessments
• Management and control of customer orders and debtor's ledger
• Month-end and year-end procedures
• Cash flow forecasting
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring ongoing adherence to compliance and process improvement

Are you what we are looking for?

• A confident and competent people manager with previous experience managing a team of
  
  Credit Controllers
• Proven track record of reducing aged debt alongside delivering excellent customer service
• Possessing strong organisational and time management skills
• A motivated, proactive, and personable individual with the ability to resolve issues on an ongoing basis
