Lloyd's Market Syndicate/ Managing Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager
Your new role
Working for a highly regarded Lloyd's Market Insurer and reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will lead on a number of areas of regulatory compliance, ensuring the business stays within FCA, PRA & Lloyd's Minimum Standards. This will include compliance advisory, interpreting regulatory change, conduct reviews of the business and financial crime.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong compliance background within the Lloyd's Markets, either from a broker or insurer. You'll have line management experience and be able to effectively influence businesses to improve regulatory compliance.
