Key responsibilities
- Responsible for bank account open/close/annually inspection related affairs, ensure compliant with global treasury's policy
- Maintain bank relationship and deal with SAFE related issues
- Cash flow forecast and management
- Manage domestic/cross boarder cash pool, monitor affiliates Loan Management & Cash/Bank balance
- Ensure the capital/loan injection in proper way and transferred to cash pool in time
- Arrange FX payment and receipt, ensure compliant with company policy and local regulation
- Support Internal/External Audit and support internal control
- Payment verify and approve online
- Support Corporate Treasury/other global projects and Treasury related SOP update
- ICO aging / payment issue review and raise solution
- Meets Corporate financial reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner
- Support treasury initiatives and reporting requirement
- Ensure that all statutory filing requirements are met
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications and skills
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Multi-national Corporation treasury function.
- University degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, or Management Information Systems
- Experience in FX payment/receipt and cash pool management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese/English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and lead business discussions
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to streamline process to be efficient and proactive
- Displays confidence, energizes and inspires others
- Able to work under high pressure
- Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
