LEDR are currently looking for a hands on, dynamic, and eager to learn Head of Finance to join a Real Estate Investment Management firm located in Brussels: you will lift up the added value of the finance team through insightful reporting and business planning. This entity is one of the most active players in the Investment industry, and has a strong focus on Real Estate: join a growing player in the RE market and be part of their ambitions. Provide internal business support by means of reporting and seeking efficiency and continuous improvement of mainly financial processes. Be the main point of contact with external providers. Ensure timely and appropriate closing of the financials by the team. Setting up and maintaining timely and insightful management and financial reporting. Reporte entailing a.o. business plan modelling, cash flow planning and other ad hoc analyses. Finetuning the new financial platform supporting that reporting. Manage a team of fine finance experts. You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a financial function in the local Real Estate market. You are a hands-on person, versatile and appreciating teamwork. You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and all digital tools. You speak Dutch, French and English are an asset.
