Accounts Assistant - AAT Study Support

This is for an SME Engineering company in Rotherham who are looking for an Accounts Assistant with some experience to develop and progress to AAT Qualified.

Initially the role will include a variety of transactional duties such as; sales director, credit control, purchase ledger, banking, cashbook, expenses etc. It will also include a variety of similar duties such as procurement. Over time the role will develop to include assisting with the monthly management accounts and the reporting pack.

We are looking for a candidate who has some experience that is looking to build upon that, study and complete their AAT and develop within a business.

The salary will be dependent upon experience, although we expect circa £21k-£23k + study support. There are 25 days holidays plus stat and a 5% pension. It is a full time role 37.5 hours per week and start and finish times can be agreed. AAT studiers requiring study leave can also be considered.
