Lead Finance Business Partnering - International FMCG company - Zaventem

As the Lead Finance Business Partnering you are part of the Commercial Finance Team.

You will manage the Finance Business Partnering team responsible for supporting the Sales team and providing them with financial & operational analyses to facilitate the business decisions.

Your main tasks will consist in :

• Managing the Finance Business Partnering team including three direct reports and two indirect reports
• Translating the strategical (long term) commercial plan into clear and tangible aspects and executing the strategy together with the sales team
• Acting as a real Business Partner for the sales team, supporting them on their day-to-day decision making :
  • Monitoring the business to reach the targets
  • Participating the negotiation process with the customers
  • Making sure the product mix is optimal
  • Assessing the level of pricing
  • Managing the discount spending
  • Building the promotional calendar
• Being responsible for the monthly planning activities including monthly forecast, sales financial analyses (by product categories) and reporting to the management
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying business optimization opportunities.

Profile

Lead Finance Business Partnering - International FMCG company - Zaventem

The ideal Lead Finance Business Partnering will meet the following criteria :

• Master's degree in Business Administration / Management / Finance / Economics
• Minimum 7 years of Business Controlling / FP&A experience in an international environment
• Experience in FMCG is a must
• Fluency in English with a good level of French and / or Dutch
• People leader experience or having the competencies to take on this kind of responsibilities
• Strong Excel skills. An experience on Tableau / TM1 / SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication and partnering skills are key
• Ability to take on challenges and willing to grow within the organization.
